Call for Submissions Filmfest@Nextfest 2012

The filmfest@nextfest features films created by greater Edmonton’s emerging professional filmmakers. Nextfest 2012 runs June 7 – 17.

From Filmmakers:

We are looking for films created within the past year by emerging filmmakers. We will consider submissions in any genre, style or length.

For our purposes, an emerging artists is:

- Under 30
- Has made a personal commitment to a career in the arts
- Is not yet recognized with professional associations
- In need of professional development and exposure

Submission Guidelines:

We will accept films as digital files in any format (Quicktime preferred), any resolution. There is no entry fee.

Deadline for Submissions is April 27, 2012.

Send your submissions either:
1) As a download link to filmfest@nextfest.ca
2) burned to disc and sent to:
filmfest@nextfest

Attn: Matt Schuurman
Label your CD or DVD clearly with the title and name of filmmaker. Submissions will not be returned.
